Obtaining this certification helps to structure and optimize processes,improve customer satisfaction and gain credibility with partners and markets. It applies to all types of company, whatever their sector of activity.
It must be maintained over time, with annual surveillance audits and a renewal audit every three years.
The ISO 9001 certification process varies according to several factors, such as company size, process maturity and team involvement. In general, it takes between 6 and 12 months to obtain certification.
The main stages are as follows:
📌 Initial diagnosis: assessment of existing practices and identification of deviations from the standard.
📌 Compliance and documentation: adaptation of processes, drafting of procedures and team awareness-raising.
