ISO 9001 Training

STEPS 1 & 2 (1 day) : UNDERSTANDING QUALITY MANAGEMENT

• Objective: Understand the requirements of ISO 9001
• Quality management: the 7 principles of quality.
• Understanding the High Level Structure (HLS) of the ISO standard
• Understanding the requirements of the ISO standard
• Presentation of changes to the repository vs. previous versions.
• Identification of quality and environmental best practices implemented in
• Control: Exchange of questions on the requirements of the standard with self-assessment and identification of areas for improvement.

STAGE 3 (5 days): BUILDING THE QMS & THE ACTION PLAN ACCORDING TO THE PROCESS APPROACH

• Objective: To develop a Quality approach within the company, to take ownership of the process approach and to align it with the ISO 9001 standard.
• QMS components: managerial and operational culture.
• Identify risky activities and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify processes
• Action plan and
• Setting up management systems and
• Master the animation of
• Driving improvement
• Control: Applicability of QMS implementation with participants. Each trainee defines a process and its components (objective, purpose, indicators, stages, etc.). All participants must define the actions to be implemented within the identified processes to improve the company's quality system.

STEP 4 (1 day) : PREPARING FOR CERTIFICATION

• Objectives: prepare for a certification audit with peace of mind
• Responding to an auditor according to the requirements of the standard
• Getting to grips with the CROSBY Turtle concept
• Control: Case study

STEP 5 (2 days) : ENSURING THE SUSTAINABILITY OF THE APPROACH: INTERNAL AUDITS

• Objective: Monitor and sustain the approach over time
• Adopt a methodology for conducting internal audits
• Drawing up an audit plan
• Conducting an internal audit and motivating key personnel
• Control: Audit situation with preparation of audit plan, interviews, report writing and presentation.

STEP 6 (1 day) : ENSURING THE SUSTAINABILITY OF THE APPROACH: MANAGEMENT REVIEW

• Objective: Monitor and sustain the approach over time
• Preparing management reviews in line with ISO 9001 requirements
• Leading management reviews
• Control: Production of support material for management review
