For 40 years, Val Solutions has been developing software used by 12,000 occupational health professionals. Its 600 clients and its investor were seeking formal assurances regarding data security.
HDS certification was also becoming a contractual requirement. However, the project raised concerns: complexity, cost, and loss of flexibility. It was also necessary to take stock of 40 years’ worth of assets and get the teams on board, all while the company was undergoing a major transformation and launching a new product.
Together with Val Solutions, we developed a customized management system that includes a weekly review and an in-house team trained to oversee it.
Asset inventory and risk analysis based on ISO 27005, conducted in multiple iterations. The CISO has been trained in the method.
39 documents created using our templates, including 24 policies.
Three months of actual policy implementation, working with the technical, legal, IT, and operations departments, as well as the DPO.
