As the French provider of a SaaS digital workplace used by more than 350 customers, Jamespot needed to reassure its highly demanding public and private sector clients. With Feel Agile, the team achieved ISO 27001 certification in 10 months without sacrificing its agility.

For nearly 20 years, Jamespot has been developing a collaborative SaaS platform, ranging from intranets to digital workplaces. More than 350 clients use it, representing approximately 400,000 users: small and medium-sized businesses, large organizations, government ministries, health agencies, local governments, and large corporations.
These clients entrust us with confidential data and expect proof. The team used to regularly fill out security questionnaires in Excel, which could be up to 300 rows long. Jamespot has decided to pursue ISO 27001 certification.
Several obstacles still needed to be overcome:

10 major nonconformities, 22 minor nonconformities, and 13 opportunities for improvement were identified prior to the certification audit.
3 minor nonconformities and a favorable opinion. Certificate obtained in early June 2024.
Resources mobilized: 37 policy documents, 15 procedures, 3 tools, and 2 staff members working 50% of full-time, with support from 6 contributors.
